El Nobel de Medicina: “El cerebro es un órgano mágico y extremadamente complejo”.

La Academia Sueca le otorgó el galardón junto a los estadounidenses James Rothman y Randy Schekman por trabajos separados sobre el funcionamiento el sistema de transporte celular, que han permitido entender por qué ocurren diversas enfermedades como trastornos inmunológicos y diabetes.

Celebrando los 25 años de la Revista Científica Neuron, podemos revisar  un interesante artículo de reciente Nobel de Medicina : Thomas C. Südhof.  Chief  of Department of Molecular and Cellular Physiology, and Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
